A spring-tensioned wire system designed to create an unstable landing area that is widely used throughout the US because it is very low-profile. It carries GSA approval for historic buildings.

    Flattened heads with a coined hole prevent chaffing of the Birdwire. The ends of the posts are chamfered for easy installation into the anchor rivets.

    When drilling is not an option, use a glue-on base and these posts. Made from polished stainless steel. Flattened heads with a coined hole prevent chaffing of the Birdwire. The ends of the posts are chamfered for easy installation into the anchor rivets.

    Base can be glued using Bird Barrier Bond. They can also screw into properly prepared metal or wood. Set screw secures post.

    Seven-stranded, stainless steel wire, coated with U.V.-stabilized clear nylon. Diameter is 0.7 mm with a breaking strength of 100 lbs.

    Gutter Clamp
    Install Birdwire posts to the gutter bead, metal roof or other vertical surfaces (up to 3/4" thick). All stainless steel. 3.5 inches tall.

    Railing Clamps

    Birdwire posts are welded to adjustable, stainless steel clamps for attachment to handrails or pipes. Six sizes are avaliable; other configurations and larger clamps are available by special order. Sold 10 clamps per pack.

    Ridge Brackets
    Special brackets are available for both triangular and half-round ridge roof tiles. The half-round bracket has two adjustable locking flanges. The ridge bracket can be screwed in place.
