Bird Barrier Return Policy
This refund policy applies to online (website) purchases only.
1. PRODUCT RETURN
If not completely satisfied with a product, we offer our online customers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. No returns will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date you receive your Return Authorization Number. Defective units must be reported within 30-days of purchase and will be replaced at Bird Barrier cost. We will not process returns or issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. * If you purchased a product from a distributor or retail partner, the return of such product is subject to that distributor’s or retail partner’s return policy.
2. RETURN DIRECTIONS
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning the product. To request an RA Number, please email: customercare@birdbarrier.com or call 1.800.NO.BIRDS and provide the following information:

- Place RA Number on the outside of the return package.
- A receipt copy should be placed inside the return package.
- Products without an RA Number and receipt copy will not be processed for return.
- Products must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature, and other components. We reserve the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or other original components are missing.
- Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Additional fees may be applied depending on the nature of your return:
Refund Reason: Not what expected; do not want – Refund Amount: 15% restocking fee will apply
Refund Reason: Damaged or defective – Refund Amount: Full refund when an item is returned per instructions above
3. SHIPPING COSTS
You are responsible for return shipping costs, returning the product(s) to Bird Barrier HQ’s. Products should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment. If you are returning a product because of our error, returning a damaged or defective product, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs and provide a return shipping label.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive the returned product and the product is verified to be in good condition (does not include damaged or defective products), the refund will be processed. Funds will be credited to the original credit card used for purchase.
