Terms and Conditions
We offer a variety of convenient methods for you to place your order with us. All are fast and easy for you, and will be attended to by our staff in the same professional manner.
Simply call your order in to one of our knowlegable technical consultants. They will make sure we have everything you need and will get the order shipped in most cases the same day.
Simply address an order to firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our specialists will get your order moving. Please be sure to include your telephone number so we can contact you with any questions.
Use the “shopping cart” at www.birdbarrier.com and your order is in our hands immediately. It’s easy to use and can be done at any time of the day. Our site offers secure payment processing, and will also be reviewed by one of our technical specialists.
Through a Distributor:
If you buy from one of our distributors your order will ship as outlined in your relationship with that company. If we drop-ship on their behalf we will do our best to ship the same day we receive the order.
Methods of Payment:
This is the easiest and fastest way to purchase your goods. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Please make sure you are prepared to give us the mailing address of your credit card statement as we will need that for verification.
Another fast way to place an order is using Cash on Delivery. Our sales associates will call you back with the exact amount of the check to have ready. New customers on large orders will be asked to have a Cashiers Check prepared for pickup by the shipper.
Pre-Payment by Mail:
Send us a check with your order form and we will fill your order. Orders may be held until the check clears the bank (approximately ten days).
Bird Barrier may be able to extend credit to regular customers based on the results of a Credit Application and subsequent evaluation. Please ask your technical consultant for a credit application.
Terms of Sale:
The Bird Barrier catalog is printed annually. We do our best to guarantee all prices, but they are subject to change at any time.
We work with a wide variety of freight carriers so we can get you what you need when you need it. When you place your order, let us know when you need it and we will select the best delivery method.
The customer is responsible for freight charges. If you ask us, we will confirm a freight charge before the order ships. This way you can make an educated decision about the form of shipment.
Returns after 30 days are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Customers need to contact Bird Barrier to obtain Return Authorization prior to sending the product back. Custom-cut StealthNet is NOT returnable.
